This is a rough first attempt at loading the list of available titles at "runtime" (in the browser).
Its purpose is to have an up-to-date list of titles, even when the website is not updated frequently.
See this as an suggesting. So everything is open for discussion. (Please do not merge before everything important is settled.)
Layout and design in particular should be agreed on by everyone — this list is a rather important part of the website.
I'm planning on extending this version to show a list of systems first which, on click, displays a list of all titles for the selected system. The option to show a full list (like now) would be retained.
