Qt: Implement config check in Utilities and log viewer #13104

  • Adds a config checker to Utilities -> Check Config
  • Adds a config checker to the context menu of the log viewer
  • The config checker accepts .log files and .yml files
  • The config checker currently only cares for the first found config in a log
