Test and Enable OMNITRACE_BUILD_DYNINST, if needed

Test `find_package(Dyninst)` and if it is not found, then enable OMNITRACE_BUILD_DYNINST and DYNINST_BUILD_{TBB,BOOST,ELFUTILS,LIBIBERTY}. Signed-off-by: David Galiffi <[email protected]>
