- froze tf2-comp-fixes to 1.15
- updated configs
- disabled pause state due to bug (ldesgoui/tf2-comp-fixes#82) - added all missing tf2-comp-fixes commands - disabled incorrectly enabled 'sm_empty_active_ubercharges_when_dropped' by tf2-comp-fixes rgl preset
