This branch intends to separate out the parts where cordl does C# metadata analyzing and C++ codegen. Ideally this will help make cordl more versatile and allow it to open up language support for other things like Rust, Zig, Kotlin etc.
I'm open to help since it's a somewhat big undertaking and it means clearing out tech debt for cordl but hopefully it serves to allow it to continue working for the future.
