Tracking for 4.0->4.1 related issues

TODO:

  • test upgrade of default install
  • test upgrade with qrexec policy changes
  • test upgrade of Fedora template
  • test upgrade of Debian template
  • write documentation

(potential) issues:

  • bliviet got Epoch decrease (2->1) - may prevent clean upgrade, if blivet is installed

Dom0 upgrade issue:

  • qrexec-policy-agent needs to be restarted, otherwise the old one can't load its glade files, because of python module rename.

Templates from R4.0 on R4.1 have broken GUI if using kernel provided by dom0, because it doesn't contain u2mfn module anymore.

qrexec: close socket if qrexec-client-vm sent too short request

Do not leave it open and ignored. It would cause qrexec-client-vm
waiting indefinitely.
This is the case on qrexec upgrade R4.0->R4.1, where protocol has
changed. Better close the socket (making qrexec-client-vm fail) instead
of hanging.

Always include u2mfn module, also for R4.1 builds

While R4.1 nominally doesn't use u2mfn anymore, VM imported from R4.0
does (in case of dom0-provided kernel, which is the default).
