Inverse sparsity of the density matrix χ is a heuristic measure talked frequently in the base paper. The new time complexities for the non-stabilizer circuit simulation also used this measure to calculate the new time complexities. Hopefully, this sounds interesting heuristic measure to include as well.

  • The code is properly formatted and commented.
  • Substantial new functionality is documented within the docs.
  • All new functionality is tested.
  • All of the automated tests on github pass.
