meny.xml should be the same when generated on linux and on windows , and macos #78

At least 3 diffs now it seems:
The slaches:
Should be:

The datetime.toString() format:
The currently cheched in is
2023-05-25 15:42:00
Windows generate: 25.05.2023 15:42:00 and linux a third way.

The sortorder;
It seems linux puts Database/PO before Database/EN.

What is the desired document order of menu.xml?

  1. "Languages" as found in "PxApiConfiguration":

  2. Inside each Language follow the sortCode field
