net.cpp >> Reduced custom port requirement for invalid address trials from 50 to 20. chainparams.cpp >> Modified TestNet default port to mitigate conflict with MainNet RPC. Added verified TestNet Node IP. Modified Bech32 Address Prefixes to reflect PulsarCoin instead of Curve.
Bumped Versioning to 1.1.2, fixed a typo.
Removed unnecessary bitcoin only doc files. Various additions/modifications to multiple readme files. Proper release-notes file created. Branding change in rpcauth.py. Default pulsar.conf formatting and corrections in util.cpp.

Bumped version number to 1.1.2
Renamed contributing dev to github username.
