Fixes issues #22 and #23 from further testing of PR #20 along with some optimization.
The deployment strategy has been updated use the LibreOffice 6.4.6 package from Alpine instead of Ubuntu Linux, and a single Docker container instead of two - all to streamline and make the service easier to manage.
