Will still be keeping this issue open for a little while though, and including in the next project as part of 1.0 Milestone

Summary of Changes

1. Documentation per actually getting a theme pack published working in a project
2. Added a FAQ section
3. General formatting and readability
4. Tracked a bunch of docs on a variety of topic, so will be keeping this issue open but in the next, so still part of 1.0

   • Standardize mapping of browser URLs to file paths (for Resource plugins) #691
