Git 태그 지정시, release 노트를 생성, release-apk 첨부 Firebase App Distributio 에 release-apk 를 테스터들에게 배포
- tag 설정할 때가 아니라 main 에 PR 할 때 - pr 네이밍 속에 version name 을 추출하여 release 노트 생성 및 release.apk 파이어베이스에 등록
