Release 1.0 PrivateSky

This release was created at the end of the research project PrivateSky coordinated by the University "Alexandru Ioan Cuza Iași" and funded by the EU and the Romanian government (POC Research line)
After this release, the maintainer of the code will be Sînică Alboaie (on behalf of Axiologic Research) and under the umbrella of OpenDSU community (github.com/OpenDSU).
