Config updates, switched over to Xeger

• Switched to using Xeger for stability improvements: https://github.com/crdoconnor/xeger
• Actually began using the config keys. Only one or two were used before, now all config options should apply correctly.
• Began dropping direct connections on the listen port and logging them. Please block external traffic to this port!
