Using topic models with active learning to improve human text annotation efforts (e.g. coding and content analysis).

1. app/ contains the code base for the interactive app including instructions for deploying the app as well as running it locally (also points to the tutorial on using the app and the UI).

2. docs/ contains extensive documentation for both the app code base (explaining the main functionality, the known issues, planned action items, how to modify major components, etc.) while also containing documents pertaining to the planned user study with the tool.
