Tissue Model Creator GUI

Parameters:

  • Select Markup Node: Select the markup node which has the fiducials defining the tissue's surface.
  • Depth: Select the depth of the tissue.
  • Flip: Reflect the tissue model about the collected surface.
  • Create: Create the tissue model and add it to the scene.
