说明：
1.算法作用：此算法主要用于n维空间下最近点查询（例如地图）。

3.主要原理：将维诺图和R树相结合，时间复杂度为O（logn）
4.使用方法：编译PVR-Tree.cpp文件后输入需查询的坐标点即可（x、y用空格隔开）
