Like eachDecl → walkDecls

Also please replace

console.info "postcss-svg: #{error}"

to

decl.warn(result, "postcss-svg: #{error}")

It is part of guidelines https://github.com/postcss/postcss/blob/master/docs/guidelines/plugin.md
