BLINK is a high-performance MS/MS spectra comparison tool. It relies on representing cosine similarity as sparse matmul to accelerate it.

This notebook adds a notebook to compare SimMS with BLINK, both in terms of speed and accuracy, and to create plots for the paper.

Docker files were removed, since this was just a development leftover, and not supported.

README.md and colab tutoral were touched up a bit too.
