- 支持异构硬件，包括：x86+DCU、ARM+ascend310、ARM+ascend910
- 添加一个启动参数--use_ascend_cl用于昇腾环境
- 添加两个包名后缀，rocm指代海光，npu指代昇腾，与paddle对应
- 对应bin及paddle_inference包已上传至bos/paddle-serving对应目录，cmake中的链接可用
