禁用float类型的auto simplify，在gpu场景下（特备是低精度的情况下），并不满足auto simplify中实现的交换律，分配律，为了保障精度，禁用float 类型的auto simplify；
该禁用会影响部分常量相关的化简，从正确性 > 性能的角度出发，先禁用该策略
