The training job can just be some resource, waiting to run however many ProgramDescs, it preserves the state between multiples ProgramDesc runs. my understanding is: the transpiler works in the cluster instead of in local machine. did we discuss this issue? can you remind me of the reason why we put it in the local machine if so?
