我们需要在PaddlePaddle Cloud: #1860 中启动一个Jupyter Notebook，在这个Notebook中提交一个分布式的训练：

Python代码中提交Kubernetes的分布式训练的design doc: #1770

测试方法：

  1. 启动一个Jupyter Notebook：
    docker run --rm -p8888:8888 -v $HOME/.kube/config:/root/.kube/config -e PADDLE_NOTEBOOK=YES yancey1989/book-cloud
  2. 选择 09.work2vec_cloud 中的demo提交任务
