This PR should add the documentation for Distributed module in the documentation website as addressed in #23 , with following aspects added

  • Gentle introduction on design & overview of Distributed module
  • Usage illustration with a step-by-step MWE

also some small fix of docs along the way in other sections if we encountered any.

@luraess I saw you reformulated the simplified the Distributed doc and fixed some typos. Thanks for the refinement! It looks good to me!
