The GeophysicalModelGenerator.jl package helps to create initial model setups from various datasets, or provides a few handy routines to do this. In a recent pull request Chmy was enabled as an extension.
This example shows how to use it.

That's exciting development @boriskaus ! Thanks for putting this together.

However, given that Chmy is already an extension in GMG and for keeping the example Chmy folder as concise as possible (mostly to exemplify some core features of Chmy itself), I would suggest to move the example on how using Chmy and GMG to the GMG repo, and maybe linking up things from the corresponding docs.

@boriskaus IIRC you now addressed this in GMG. Could you x-ref it in this issue so we can finalise it?
