Import the custom package, then fill out the SteamVR Recommended settings dialog, I accepted them all.

If you encounter issues, you may need to remove the existing SteamVR folder and re-import the package.
To make a release (.unitypackage)
- From this Unity project repository, go the
Projecttab - Right click the
Assetsdirectory - Select
Export Package - Select all the non-GitHub folders
- Choose a name, then export
