I found this paper quite complicated, especially some of the constructs.

I omitted fig4b
PsXLP1 contributes to P. sojae virulence by protecting PsXEG1 from GmGIP1 inhibition
Because I wasn't sure how to construct the genotypes. It wasn't clear what had happ[ened with the. Ps endogenous copy of XLP1

I'm also not sure that I correctly described the genotypes of the last bunch of experiments S22, S24 etc

Also, once I had finished I was not immediately sure if some should be gene for gene. I'm not sure precisely what information is required to make that decision.
