[BUG]: Moto GP [Japan SLPS-20040] Out of sync replay theater #8878

Describe the Bug

The "Replay Theater" get out of sync soon after it starts.

Reproduction Steps

The PCSX2 emulatior is running at default settings, no upscaling, nothing.

  1. Go to Settings > Memory Cards > Console Ports and ese the attached memory card image at port 1.
  2. Boot Moto GP [SLPS-20040] and press 'Start'.
  3. At 'Load Game' select APACHE and confirm.
  4. Go to Save/Load > Replay Theater > select replay number 4 KLONOA.
  5. Start the replay and watch it go out of sync a few corners latter.

PS: The issue happens with any replay.

Expected Behavior

This is a replay recorded directly from the Playstation 2 hardware at the time.

Probably related to other replay syncing bugs? (#5597 for TXR0, #2316 for GT3, #8068 for The Taxi 2, etc)
