to better handle col_types. Also readr::read_csv() doesn't silently convert data types, like overflowing integers.

I'm going to shelve this issue until I can use dplyr::mutate_if() with a single-column dataset.

This should occur soon. The same version is on CRAN (0.5.0, released June 2016), still exhibits the problem. However, the development version on GitHub doesn't. When it's released on CRAN, I'll switch REDCapR over to readr.
