Fixes:
Repositories page broken and jupyter not loading on v2dev #896 - user null for workspace and repositories(But the json encoder issue persists - from the library updates for flask). I think it would be better to use a different encoding.
should direct to /user/username instead of /user/id.
add condition to render username in repository table - if doesn't exist don't show.
