we need a proper IRI for the ontology

As soon as we merged dev into master we could use
https://raw.githubusercontent.com/OpenEnergyPlatform/ontology/master/Modellrechungen.owl

it is better to use an iri that may be persistent even if the code moves

btw "modellrechnungen" is a poor choice for a name. (German, and too specific)

Agreed. Are there any means of publication known to you that are flexible enough to publish a WIP-ontology? Alternatively, we could publish it at openenergy-platform.org.
