This PR is informational only (as issues seem to be disabled) as it is incomplete.
It removes several "Status Code" response headers from the compiled OpenAPI/swagger definition. HTTP Status Codes are not represented as headers, and the space in "Status Code" violates the header name pattern found in RFC7230.
