Adds auto yaml generation

Description

This created the additions to main.yml and also adds the folder leven _index.md files. These files are currently bare bones and will need to be manually improved. However, that is outside the scope of this PR.

How has this been tested?

Generated documentation and confirmed it works in Hugo

Ok, so if it auto-generates and creates pages like you see for the OpenBB Terminal I am happy to just approve this. All there was missing were the references in the main.yml.
