Apparently Tradier no longer has their developer API, and is only brokers as per #2115 . So here I add in the
chainscommand using yfinance. This relies on our implementation of calculating greeks via Black Scholes, so its not an exact match, but I disclaim its using our calculation.Tests and Hugo to come
