Project conversion: relative expression parameters in simulations

At the moment in the converted old simulations relative expression (normalized)-parameters are editable and relative expression-parameters are not. This might lead to side effects if normalized-parameters are changed in the simulation and then e.g. the simulation-individual is commited to its origin-building block or the simulation is cloned (changes in the normalized-parameters are lost then).
I think the project conversion should:

• hide the relative expression (normalized)-parameters
• make relative expression-parameters editable this would produce other side effects due to deleted normalization logic. Should keep them not ediatable.
