When combining a-Mobi simulation with a population previously exported to CSV: population cannot be imporrted anymore due to the units in parameter column headers

yes, same in 7.4

Population can be loaded in PKSim as population . So this is really something just with this one use case it seems

Load population first from csv (using Import Population from file) then select this population with your imported population

This workaround will unfortunately not work, because the intention is to include some parameters which are available only in a simulation, not in individual (s. screen; non-individual-parameters are ignored)

This will work only if a population csv is combined with an imported simulation in "Import population simulation"
