  1. If you haven't already, please complete the items from issue Week 1 Follow-Up #3
  2. If you haven't already, identify a paper/figure you'd like to reproduce for your project.
  3. Update the papers.md file accordingly. Note that you can edit this directly in GitHub by clicking on the pencil icon to the right of the "Raw", "Blame", "History" buttons.
  4. Go ahead and start fleshing out your project folders. Please see the notes for week 2 and the demo project for examples.

Please do this in your branch and then push your changes to GitHub.

Git won't let you commit an empty directory. The "standard" work-around is to add a blank file named .gitkeep and commit that file.

  1. Checkoff your name below.
  • Eva Sánchez
  • Pierre Churukian
  • Bethany Kolody
  • Lynn Waterhouse
  • Beverly French
  • Eiren Jacobson
  • Natalia Erazo
  • Julia Busch
  1. (optional) Do check out the Wilson et al. and Sandve et al. readings (links can be found in the PAPERS.md file). They are both short, easy to read, and quite useful IMO.
