* remove submodule

* re-add KantOS as 2-pack theme

* remove module

* 2nd attempt at re-adding KantOS 2-pack theme

* remove ver.b folder, condensed into one folder with an alt folder and instructions

+To get the alt version of the theme with the overworld icons (as seen in alt-preview.gif):
+- copy the images inside the 'alt-skin' folder
+- paste them into the 'skin' folder, replacing the existing ones
+- install the theme as normal
