The OverwriteExistingVariables "AddNewWithDefaultValue" doesn't work for non-text variables #28

Recently a new option was added to the OverwriteExistingVariables parameter, "AddNewWithDefaultValue." The intention was when that was set any variable would have "REPLACE ME" as the text so you knew what to change.

However, for non text variables (accounts, worker pools, certificates) that doesn't work. Octopus is expecting an id.
