Sampler v4 firmware

Added alcohol debubbler for the alcohol bag in Version 4 of the sampler. This version does not have the sample now feature, which is on version 4.1

Sampler v3 firmware

Using platformIO, downloading this code and setting up the git submodule, you can upload 2 main different versions of firmware to the sampler (live and debug).
