qemu_v8: rust: Switch to no-std branch #260

Since major OP-TEE rust development will take place on no-std branch so use track that with qemu_v8 CI. This will give us confidence to make regular OP-TEE rust crates releases.

qemu_v8: rust: Switch to no-std branch

Since most of OP-TEE rust development will take place on no-std branch so
use that to track with qemu_v8 CI. This will give us confidence to make
regular OP-TEE rust crates releases.

Since this adds a SHA1, this is not "tracking".
