CMOR with bug fixes and namelists for most of CMIP6 experiments by NorESM2

noresm2cmor3 for CMIP6

The noresm2cmor3 is based on cmor library version3.
It is desired to process NorESM model experiments contributing to CMIP6.
It can processes NorESM2-LM, NorESM2-MM and NorESM2-1F and NorESM1-M model versions.
It has been ported to NIRD and is fully functional/production ready (zero known bugs).

Release for CMIP5 and ESMValTool cmor-ization on NIRD

The cmor2 based version of noresm2cmor has been ported to NIRD and is fully functional/production ready (zero known bugs). Upcoming releases will add CMIP6/cmor3 functionality.
