Add the following plugins for zenoh:

• backend-filesystem for filesystem storage
• backend-influxdx for influxdb storage
• backend-rocksdb for rocksdb storage
• plugin-mqtt for MQTT bridging
• plugin-webserver for HTTP queries

We are currently working on removing usages of `darwin.apple_sdk.frameworksn see #354146.

I generated the packages with nix-init, which has put the darwin framework there. I removed it and restricted the platform to Linux for now (the zenoh main package is also restricted to Linux).
