burpsuite: 2024.6.6 -> 2024.7.6, add missing dependency for built-in browser

Description of changes

• Fixed an issue where Burp Suite's integrated browser failed to start due to a missing libgbm dependency by adding mesa, see Burpsuite integrated browser doesn't work (unstable channel, version 2024.6.6) #338013.
• Updated the version to 2024.7.6.

Note: The Burp menu's browser health check successfully identified the missing dependency.
