Also removes obsolete boost-1.60, mongodb-3.4 and mongodb-3.6.

boost-1.60 is broken on aarch64, is very old and unlikely to be fixed. The only packages depending on it are mongodb-3.4 and mongodb-3.6, both of which are quite old themselves.

This commit makes the correspondence between a backup job and location
of its repository clearer.
This change causes us to stop relying on the way `restic snapshots`
formats its human-readable output.
`exit -1` is equivalent to `exit 255`, since Bash does modulo 256 on the
number.

As per ShellCheck:

> SC2242 (error): Can only exit with status 0-255. Other data should be
> written to stdout/stderr.
Validated as no change in `out` output with `diffoscope`.
