문제점

상황 예시를 들자면

모집 예고일 11/14
모집 시작일 11/15
모집 마감일 11/16

위 처럼 등록 했을 때 15일 자정부터 신청 버튼이 노출 되어야 하는데,
당일이 되어도 노출되지 않는 버그입니다.
실제 노출은 하루 뒤인 16일에 노출이 됩니다.

개선 방향

Vue.js 코드 내에 날짜 산정에 있어서 오류가 있는 것 같습니다.
이 부분을 수정해야 합니다.
