It seems that the tests that are failing are unrelated to the PR. I re-ran
the build and a different set of tests failed:

Any ideas about what could be going on?

The CloudBees servers are underpowered and Hystrix has non-deterministic unit tests that expect better machines and no one has taken time to fix them.
