It is successfully installed

This is because Django 1.9 is not supported by webodt at the moment. This is the warning I receive in my Django 1.8 project:

RemovedInDjango19Warning: django.utils.importlib will be removed in Django 1.9.
  from django.utils.importlib import import_module
