这个 PR 做了什么? (简要描述所做更改)

在browser路由模式下，初始的URL地址有路由参数的时候，比如http://xxx:10086/?aaa=bbb，使用routers[0]作为默认页面进入的时候，未能携带初始参数，主要修复了这个问题。
