由于 babel 6 的 bug，目前针对 operator 为 '||' 的逻辑表达式进行优化，只有左值为字面量值才进行求值：
[x] 'a' || {}
[x] true || {}
[x] null || {}
[ ] someVar || {}
[ ] someFunc() || {}
增加 taro-plugin-sass 包并复用代码
* h5 image在unmount时取消IntersectionObserver监听 * 删除无用代码
计算循环 ref 跑 createData 前，需要先把 Current.index 置空
Taro.getExtConfigSync() 返回的是自定义数据，外层没有 `extConfig`。

在PR #3152 [小程序静态资源走CDN ]的基础上做了下优化，改动如下：
1、配置
staticDirectory基于outputRoot目录输出（原先基于appRoot）2、增加
useHashName参数控制是否使用hash名称输出静态文件3、postcss-url 配置默认支持
in-line及custom，也能直接配置多个filters4、一些代码风格优化
